Don't forget to check "I'm ready to be rated": From time to time, we like to remind Experts to remember to check the "I'm ready to be rated" checkbox when sending complete answers to customers. By doing so, you are allowing customers to give you a rating and you get paid when you get a positive rating.Click here to learn more >>
Only fulfill Premium Services that you've accepted: If another Expert accepts the Auto Secure Remote Assistance offer and you don't see them post the session URL right away, please do not provide the service yourself. It's likely the remote assistance Expert is attempting to post the URL. Please don't assume you can provide the service and then have the earnings transferred.

Auto Premium Service Feedback Loop


In an effort to improve the overall auto premium service fulfillment experience for both customers and Experts, we have added a way for Experts to indicate whether an auto premium service (auto phone call and auto secure remote assistance) request has been successfully fulfilled.

Starting on August 11th, you will see a revised landing page when you open an auto premium service request. The newly added form asks whether you were able to connect with the customer. Starting on August 18th, Experts must complete the form and indicate that they've successfully fulfilled the auto premiums service request in order to be paid. Click here to get more info >>
