My Dashboard Tip #2 of 5: Improve Your Average Rating with Member Questions

 

You know that JustAnswer Members, those with subscriptions, are JustAnswer's most loyal customers. They know how to use the site and how to rate; that means less confusion and more accepts for you. Unfortunately, there are still Member questions that are sitting on the Request Center  for hours without a single Expert response.

Help us roll out the red carpet for Members by sending speedy responses and staying with them through their questions. If you do happen to pick up a Member question that's been sitting on the Request Center for a few hours, add some empathy to your response (.e.g "Sorry you had to wait. I'll do my best to help you with this.").
