My Dashboard Overview

By Anh Nguyen |

On My Dashboard, you can get a glance at how well you are doing on the site. This simple interface breaks down your earnings, question volume, average rating, and response time into easy-to-read graphs. You can also get helpful hints from JustAnswer and fellow Experts on how to improve your metrics. Data on My Dashboard updates every time you visit.

To get to My Dashboard, go to the Request Center and click on the My Dashboard link from the drop-down menu under your username or click here.

My Dashboard will open up in a new tab.

The top portion of My Dashboard has your profile photo, username, estimated earnings, question volume, average rating, and average response speed. When you click on one of the tabs, a line graph will show you a 4-week breakdown for the selected metric. We will go over each of the four tabs and how you can read the graphs.

Estimated Earnings

The single number at the top is the estimated total amount you've earned in the last 4 weeks. It is an estimate because data on My Dashboard is not updated in real-time. You can always get an itemized report of your earnings by visiting the Reports page. When you're on the Estimated earnings tab, you will see a graph that breaks down your 4-week earnings by week, starting with the most recent week on the far right. Each dot on the graph represents the total 4-week's amount earned. In the screenshot below, the 'July 14' dot will show the 4-week total earned from June 16-July 14 while the 'July 7' dot is the 4-week total earned from June 9-July 7. Hover your mouse over each dot to see your 4-week total for that week.

Question Volume

The single number at the top is the total number of questions you've responded to in the last 4 weeks. When you're on the Question volume tab, you will see a graph that breaks down your 4-week question volume by week, starting with the most recent week on the far right. Each dot on the graph represents the total 4-week's questions responded to. In the screenshot below, the 'July 14' dot will show the 4-week total questions responded to from June 16-July 14 while the 'July 7' dot is the 4-week total questions responded to from June 9-July 7. Hover your mouse over each dot to see your 4-week total for that week.

Average Rating

The single number at the top is your 4-week average star rating. When you're on the Average rating tab, you will see a graph that breaks down your 4-week average rating by week, starting with the most recent week on the far right. Each dot on the graph represents your average rating for the previous 4 weeks. In the screenshot below, the 'July 14' dot will show the 4-week average rating from June 16-July 14 while the 'July 7' dot is the 4-week average rating from June 9-July 7. Hover your mouse over each dot to see your 4-week average for that week.

Average Response Time

The single number at the top is your 4-week average first response speed in minutes. When you're on the Average response time tab, you will see a graph that breaks down your 4-week average response time by week, starting with the most recent week on the far right. Each dot on the graph represents your average response time for the previous 4 weeks. In the screenshot below, the 'July 14' dot will show the 4-week average response time from June 16-July 14 while the 'July 7' dot is the 4-week average response time from June 9-July 7. Hover your mouse over each dot to see your 4-week average for that week.

If it works on Firefox, why doesn't it work on my Firefox, on a Windows PC, both Firefox and Windows fully updated, and not an old version ?
I mean, I cannot see the Categories breakdown - that control does nothing. And I cannot see the Average nor the Category Leader either - I select those, either or both, nothing happens, no graph lines appear, and even reloading and switching from Earnings to Ratings or similarly does not reveal anything! - ? -
