    Excellent information; note that just about all of these "new" experts have identified the assistance from fellow experts as one of the, if not "the" most important factor in reducing their learning curve on JustAnswer.com.

    Ok, I get the expert job and treating every Q as a learning experience, because it is! What I am not an expert in is operating systems.... Even as an early adopter, the GUI is not always GUI. I will study this platform till I am able to serve with out causing grief to my callers.

    As an example, I do not know if I am posting to and as an expert, or if this conservation is meant to be for "askers". I think this is the first time I have succeed in signing in or logging in, but I hope I am logged in as an expert, not the public. Possible a back ground tint could differentiate the public VS the expert side?
