Payment Error For Auto Phone Call Requests


We've added a new feedback loop to the payment fail issue for Auto Phone Calls to let customers know what's going on and give them the ability to take action. Previously, when an Expert gets a payment fail error when trying to accept an Auto Phone Call request, the customer was not notified. Now, we will display the pictured error message to the customer and provide an option to update payment information.

While a request has a payment fail error, it will be removed from the Request Center. Once the customer has updated their payment information, the request will then be added back onto the Request Center and made available for all Experts in the question's category. Health & Law Categories: Higher Payouts on Member Questions Test Ended

We've concluded the 2-week Existing Member Payout Test in the Health and Law categories. We want to thank all Experts who went above and beyond to respond to more Member questions in under 30 minutes.

We will calculate all qualifying earnings during the test period and if you have any outstanding amounts, the Expert Mods will let you know and adjust your earnings accordingly.
