Health & Law: Higher Payouts on Member Questions

By Anh Nguyen |

To help provide existing members with speedy responses, we are increasing the payout values of existing member questions in Health and Law categories.

How does it work?

Existing member questions are found on the Request Center with red payout values. You should notice that the payout values for existing member questions in your categories are higher than they were before. For example, an $11 payout for an Immigration Law member question is now $15.

If you respond to an existing member question in 30 minutes or less, you will earn the payout amount shown on the Request Center once the customer gives you a positive rating. The positive rating can be received anytime and is not restricted to the 30-minute window. Only your initial response needs to be under 30 minutes.

Once 30 minutes have passed and you have not sent your initial response, the payout value will revert back to the original amount.

At the end of the test period, we will manually adjust your earnings based on number of qualified responses.

NOTE: For existing member questions, the payout values shown on the Request Center will be different than the values shown on the Active Request page. Payout values on the Active Request page will still show to original payout values. As long as you respond in under 30 minutes or less and get a positive rating (does not have to be within 30 minutes), you will earn the payout amount shown on the Request Center.

When will this last?

We are increasing payout values of existing member questions in Health and Law categories for two weeks (May 6-20, 2016). Subject to change.
