Every Friday, the Expert Ops team will recap the latest enhancements and bug fixes, contributions from the Expert community, customer compliments, and preview the week ahead.

Important Note About Email Notifications

 We know Experts rely on email notifications to be able to provide timely responses and high-quality answers to customers. In recent months, our email system has been experiencing ongoing deliverability issues including but not limited to new questions, customer replies, and ratings. Many of you have reached out to us and we want to thank you for letting us know. We've been tracking all reported issues and we're excited to let you know that we now have a dedicated team to troubleshoot the issues. While we don't have a timeline on when we expect all email issues to be resolved, we will keep you posted on any new developments.

In the meantime, we recommend that you use available notification features on the Request Center such as the new question sound alert and Show Notifications. You can also use the Expert Mobile to browse questions on-the-go.

We apologize for this inconvenience. As our team investigates and resolves known issues, we will update you. If you have email issues, please continue to report them to Expert Support.
