Latest Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Below are the latest enhancements and bug fixes for this week:

Remote Desktop Re-brand: We are currently in the process of re-branding Remote Desktop to Secure Remote Assistance. The name change is based on feedback from both Computer Experts and customers. We plan to roll out the official re-brand soon. This is only a name change.
Auto Secure Remote Assistance for Computer Categories: We started an auto offer feature, similar to auto phone call, where we will offer secure remote assistance to customers with computer-related questions. Click here to learn more >>

Initiate Phone Calls through JustAnswer

We are excited to rollout JustAnswer's Integrated Phone Call feature for the entire Expert community! This feature allows you to initiate phone calls with customers directly through the site.​

The Integrated Phone Call feature is now available on the Active Request page.​ Click on the button below to learn more about the feature and how you can use it to fulfill phone call requests and earn more money.
