Below are the latest enhancements and bug fixes for this week:
|Locking issues when corresponding with multiple customers:Previously, if an Expert is corresponding with a customer but sees a message that another customer is waiting, the Expert cannot reply to the current customer until the waiting customer is taken care of. We've fixed this issue and the Expert should be able to respond to the current customer.|

From the 2015 Year in Review, you can see that a lot was done to enable and improve JustAnswer on mobile. With the launch of both the Member iOs app and the Expert Mobile Web, we want to clarify the differences between the two:
- The Member iOs app is for Members only. Members are customers who are enrolled on monthly subscriptions, familiar with how JustAnswer works, and can ask unlimited questions. You will NOT be able to log into the Member iOS app using your Expert account.
- The Expert Mobile Web is a mobile-friendly option for Experts to log in and respond to questions. The Expert Mobile Web is accessible from your mobile phone's browser and no download is needed. Simply open your mobile browser and visit http://professional.justanswer.com/expertmobile.
