Introducing: Expert Mobile Web, a mobile option for Experts to find and respond to questions, offer phone calls, and fulfill Auto Phone Call requests all on-the-go. To access Mobile Web, go to the Request Center at http://professional.justanswer.com from your mobile web browser. Mobile Web runs directly from your phone's mobile browser, so no app download is required.

 

What is the Expert Mobile Web?

Expert Mobile Web is a browser-based applicatoin that can be accessed from any web-enabled smartphone. Unlike native apps, you do not need to download anything at all. Expert Mobile Web allows you to respond to questions, offer phone calls, fulfill Auto Phone Call requests, and initiate calls through the integrated phone call feature.

How do I access Expert Mobile Web?

Simply open a browser from your smartphone and go to the Request Center at http://professional.justanswer.com. You will be asked to log into your Expert account.  Mobile Web is a browser-based app, therefore, it is only accessible from a mobile browser.    It is NOT a native app you would find in any of the app stores.

What can I do on Expert Mobile Web?

  • Access to your Priority and New Questions
  • Lock and re-lock questions
  • View each question's optional details and request details
  • Send replies to questions

Recommended mobile specifications for Expert Mobile Web

Similar to our system specifications for the desktop site, we recommend you meet the following mobile specifications to ensure the best experience using JustAnswer on mobile phones.

Can I offer or fulfill phone calls on Expert Mobile Web?

Yes! You can offer phone calls to customers, fulfill Auto Phone Call requests, and initiate calls with customers. Click here to learn how.

How do I know when my answer has been accepted?

When your customer is satisfied with your responses, you will see an in-app message that the customer has accepted your answer.

How do I release the lock on a question?

When you tap on a question, you are automatically given a 5-minute lock to review and reply. If you decide that you do not want to respond to a question during that 5-minute lock, you can tap on the Back button and the lock will be released.

Similar to the desktop site, locking one question will release any lock that you have on another question.

What types of files can I attach using Expert Mobile Web?

Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, zip, rar, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, swf, flv, fla, and wmv.

    Even in my attempts to use the classic site, it automatically uses the mobile web from my iphone and ipad. Is it possible to revert to the other layout?

    Unfortunately no. Are there desktop features that you'd like to have in the mobile web version?

    I am having major trouble seeing all of my responses and the entire question. It is like it won't load. Is there any suggestion that you have for me? I really like the desktop layout and it is so convenient to open windows for additional questions and such. Just much easier (for me) to navigate. I appreciate any and all support bough in figuring this out! Thank you so much!

    It would be nice if you could do more then opt out. Like relock or extend a lock on a question that you are typing out an answer to. Also the flags would be a nice feature to add.

    I still cannot find where to opt out of a question, I read that you can opt out but i could not find it, i am constantly on my phone during the day any suggestion will be appreciate.

    This is my first time back in a while and also the first time with the mobile version. On my iPhone 6plus it never loads anything. It just thinks for a while and then nothing. Is it functioning? Is it somethin with my account do to lack of use?? Thanks for any help!

    Same problem adamfeather. Takes forever to load questions. Is there any thought or in the works of creating a mobile app for experts?

    Hi Shawn, a native app for Experts will still be a bit down the road. In the meantime, please submit a ticket to Expert Support and the mods will help you troubleshoot why you're having issues with the Mobile Web.

    Hi. I use the expert Mobil web is pretty buggy. Well, it bugs me often. First - it's pretty slow. When I see a question I want to answer, I click on it and it takes too long for the question to show up on the answer screen. Often times, it doesn't show up at all. Also, why doesn't it show whether the question already has other professional replies. On the PC I skip or hide the questions that already have replies. But on Mobil there's no way to know.
