Can I use my Expert account to ask questions?
Currently, the option to use your Expert account to ask questions as a customer is not available. To ask questions on JustAnswer, you must create a separate customer account. Note: you must use a different email address from the one currently registered to your Expert account. If you use the same email address, it will modify settings on your Expert account that, in rare cases, are irreversible. If you run into trouble with this or have any questions, please reach out to Expert Support by submitting a ticket from the Expert Help Center or emailing email@example.com with your Expert profile email address.
Can I use my Expert earnings to pay for the questions I ask?
Because you must create a separate customer account to ask questions, it is not possible to transfer and use your Expert earnings to your customer account to pay for questions.
