As Experts, you have the option to share files with customers. This is helpful for when you want to offer additional information such as diagrams, manuals, videos, etc. If you don't know how to do this, click here.
Did you know customers can also share files with you? This option is helpful for customers to share photos and documents that can help you better answer their questions. Below are simple steps for how customers send files to you.
Please DO NOT ask customers to send files to customer support.
Note: Do not attempt any type of customer service support to customers. This is for your information only. If customers have site-related problems, please direct them to customer support.
Getting files from customers
1. To the left of the Send button, customers will see an "+ Add Files" link. Customers will click on that link and select file(s) that they'd like to share with you.
2. After the selected file has fully uploaded, the uploaded file will be shown below the message box. Customers can add multiple files at once.
3. Once the file is sent, you will see it on your end.
