Below are the latest enhancements and bug fixes for this week:
|Auto Phone Call Offer: Auto phone call offers for dual category questions will now be opened to active Experts in secondary categories. Previously, offers were opened only to Experts in the question's primary category.|
|Opt Outs in PQA: There was an issue where an opt out was shown as "closed" in PQA. Now, it should display as "open."|
|Removing Questions in PQA: Experts should now be able to use the "Remove" link in PQA if no response has been sent by Expert, even if the customer has sent multiple messages.|
