Customer reply notifications: Experts will be notified when customers reply on rated questions. 
Additional Service button: A bug was fixed where the 'Offer Additional Service' button disappeared when an Expert removes questions from the 'My Sidebar' in PQA.

If you missed it, we asked a few phone savvy Experts to share their best phone call tips and they answered in a HUGE way. With the recent auto phone call offer feature, learn how you could earn additional money, offer more value and build trust with customers.
