Below are the latest enhancements and bug fixes for this week:

More option in Question Details: We fixed an issue where the "More" option in Question Details is not available when an Expert switches between questions.
Reporting comments in PQA: When an Expert reports an error in Report Post Page, the modal no longer gives the Expert a no comment error when comments are typed.

For the Community

From time to time, we like to share customer compliments to remind all of us of the impact we have on the people we help. Sometimes, one of those customers are our own. Below is feedback from a JustAnswer employee about how Dr. David helped his family.

"Earlier this year, my stepfather was diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable prostate cancer that had spread to his liver. He was given only a small chance to survive more than a year or two. He started chemotherapy, but the effects were very hard on him. His ability to fight the cance was lessened because he could not eat due to severe nausea. So, I requested an Oncologist on JustAnswer and asked for his recommendations. Dr. David promptly answered and gave us numerous ideas on how to handle the nausea – including a few that my stepfather’s own Oncologist had *not* mentioned. The ideas helped, and my stepfather was able to eat a little better and regain his strength. Then, one morning the next week, my stepfather realized that his blood pressure was extremely low. My mother contacted me in a panic, since my stepfather is resistant to visiting the ER or seeking medical attention. So, I asked Dr. David for his help. Dr. David responded within 5 minutes, warning us that low blood pressure after chemotherapy is a dangerous sign of dehydration, and that my stepfather should get IV hydration as soon as possible. This may have saved his life, or at least saved him from extreme complications.

I know that people think employees are biased about their own company’s product or service – but I assure you that I am 100% sincere in my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. David and JustAnswer, as are my mother and my stepfather. I would have GLADLY paid much more than we currently charge for Dr. David’s help.

Andy, what we are doing for the world at JustAnswer is huge. No, we are not “saviors” or heroes, but we are good people trying to make the world a better place, and trying to make a difference at a personal level for people who need Expert help. I believe in what we are doing, and I am so thankful to be a small part of our mission – simply, to help people.
" - A Grateful JustAnswer Employee
