Every Friday, the Expert Ops team will recap the latest enhancements and bug fixes, tips and questions from the Expert community, and preview what’s happening in the following week.

Latest Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Below are the latest enhancements and bug fixes for this week:

  • If Expert responds within the first minute of lock, Lock Timer will not change questions on PQA
  • Experts and customers are now able to exchange phone numbers in PQA without filter
  • Agree alert is now working on PQA
  • The question value displayed on PQA is now correct
