How To Contact Expert Support

If an Expert needs assistance with anything Expert related -- policies, procedures, earnings,  bugs, etc. -- they will contact Expert Support via the "Submit a request" button located at the top right of the Expert Help Center homepage. 

All Expert communications to the site should be made through the Expert Help Center 

If attempts to log into JustAnswer or use the "Submit a request" form fail, the Expert may email Expert Support directly at ExpertSupport@justanswer.com  so the log-in or submit form issue can be resolved. 

**Important Note**  Unsolicited communications to JustAnswer employees, moderators, contractors, or other JustAnswer representatives outside of Expert Support is not permitted at anytime.  This helps JustAnswer to maintain parity and track requests and issues from multiple Experts.  Expert Support will escalate any issues as needed to other departments.

    I have no idea how to navigate this site. And I write software for a living. Page 1 should be two boxes 1)I have a question and 2) I am an expert here to answer questions.

    In 'my profile' there should be a way to get to the topics you are willing to answer questions about. I got there once... not sure how and can't find it again. There should be a button for "see my categories" i cant even begin to guess the logical layout of this site. It even opens a new window every time you click on something...

    Contacting Expert Support is not working as of 7/29/16. When attempting to submit a request, the drop down does not reply with the request type and therefore unable to send a request. I'm having problems with Firefox as I have to double click on questions. Chrome puts questions out of order.........the chrome issue is a repeat problem that I reported many months ago.

    I PM'd another expert and they are also experiencing same problems on their end.

    hi..I'm new, I was interacting with a customer and then I could no longer. I would press lock and it would cycle real quick but it would not lock, so now customer thinks i am ingoring them...help
