High Question Volume Alert!

We are forecasting higher than normal question volume across all of the major categories (Law, Health, Veterinary, Computer, Consumer Electronics, Cars, Boat, Business, Appraisals, Home Improvement, and Tax) starting today and continuing through Thanksgiving weekend.

We share this with you because now is a good time to be more active on the site and earn more for the holidays.

 
Standalone Phone Call Requests are here!

Starting on November 20, 2017, we will be conducting a test where customers will have the option to get their questions answered by standard Q&A or Standalone Phone Call. Don't forget, fulfilling phone call requests is a great way to earn additional money while making it easier for you to help explain the answer.

Quick and Easy Tip: Wait, before you opt out....

A tip from Gina, our Senior Category Moderator:

Hi everyone! Just a quick note from one of your friendly neighborhood moderators  😊  I was hoping you might oblige me with this small request. When a customer wants to cancel, for whatever reason, instead of opting out, please just flag the question to CS/Refunds so the customer can be assisted in a timely fashion. It takes just as long to do this as it does to opt out of the question page. Chances of the customer becoming a return customer is higher if we can get those handled faster. Doing this also saves your fellow Experts time, because it will consistently keep the list cleaner. Let's all work together in keeping the question list neat and tidy. Thanks so much!

 
JustAmazing Experience

Please join us in congratulating this week's JustAmazing Experience recipient: Doris (dfm925)! A customer came to JustAnswer looking to have her place setting appraised. Doris was attentive by asking the customer to send photos of the place setting and showed the customer how to attach files. Then, she gave a detailed answer that was above and beyond what the customer expected. At the end of the exchange, the customer had this to say about her experience:

"This lady is great and very fast. Very detailed, I appreciate the fact that she asked for a picture, makes me feel like she was giving me a more accurate quote. Not just guessing. Thank you again."
