Reminder to submit your NCRs: We're approaching the end of the month and if you haven't already, please submit your No-Click Rating (NCR) requests to Expert Support. Fall/Winter Seasonality Watch
In an effort to get ahead of changing seasonality and better alert you of possible question volume changes, we will share updates via the Expert Calendar found on the Expert Help Center. Please subscribe to the calendar to get updates on changes. We will be updating this calendar regularly through Spring and Summer.
 
JustAmazing Experience

Please join us in congratulating this week's JustAmazing Experience recipient: Dr. Rebecca (tomasicvet)! A customer, who was in the thick of Hurricane Irma, reached out to Dr. Rebecca for help with calming her two dogs during the storm. Dr. Rebecca gave clear and concise information, and continued to follow up to make sure the customer, her family, and dogs are safe.. At the end of the exchange, the customer had this to say about his experience:

"Rebecca was just amazing. Sadly, 200 characters does not allow enough room to sing her praises for her help. She was fast, friendly, compassionate & caring. I was VERY lucky to receive her help. THANKS!"
