New Chat Layout on Request Center
We've updated how chats are shown on the Request Center! As you've probably already seen on your own, we've updated the layout of customer chats with the site on the Request Center to make it easier for you to review questions.
 
From "I'm ready to be rated" to "Answer"
To continue delivering on the things you want most, we've made it easier for you to differentiate the types of responses you send to customers.

Starting today, the "I'm ready to be rated" checkbox will be renamed as "Answer." This change will not affect how you respond to customers as all responses sent prior to checking the "Answer" checkbox will be information requests. All responses sent after checking the "Answer" checkbox will be answers and customers will continue to be able to rate their experience with you after the first answer is sent. Click here to learn more >>
 
JustAmazing Experience

Please join us in congratulating this week's JustAmazing Experience recipient: Jason (ComputerTechMaster)! A customer had a question about how to format and shift punctuations in Microsoft Word. Jason responded to the customer within seconds and gave clear, easy-to-understand instructions. As the customer continued to ask clarification questions, Jason didn't hesitate to provide additional information. At the end of the exchange, the customer had this to say about his experience:

"Jason has been a tremendous help. Regardless of how many times I needed clarification, he still took the time to guide me in the right direction with no hesitance. Absolutely recommended. Well done!"
