To continue delivering on the things you want most, we've made it easier for you to differentiate the types of responses you send to customers.
Starting today, the "I'm ready to be rated" checkbox will be renamed as "Answer." This change will not affect how you respond to customers as all responses sent prior to checking the "Answer" checkbox will be information requests. All responses sent after checking the "Answer" checkbox will be answers and customers will continue to be able to rate their experience with you after the first answer is sent.
What is considered an "answer?" An answer response includes any content that attempts to resolve the question. As per site policy (see below), you must mark all all responses that contain information to resolve the question as answers.
