Customer Favorites on My Dashboard: You can now see the number of customers who added you as one of their favorite Experts! When you are a favorite Expert, the customer can quickly ask you questions directly and when the customer wants a second opinion, you are given priority. The number of favorites you is shown as the heart icon under your username.

Stephanie exuded her expertise well and spent time to understand the customer's complicated issue. Not Ready for Auto Premium Service? Offer Your Own
Auto Phone Call and Auto Secure Remote Assistance are popular with customers and a great way for Experts to earn more on the site. But sometimes, a phone call or secure remote session may not be exactly the best premium service for the issue at hand, or the timing may not be right. Don't forget that you can offer your own premium service by clicking on the "Offer Premium Service" button on the Active Request Page. This option will be enabled 60 seconds after the first customer response and if you have not accepted an Auto Premium Service.
