Latest Updates
Edit most recent response without interruptions: We've fixed a bug that prevented Experts from editing their most recent response if the customer sends a reply or gives a rating while you're editing. You should now be able to continue editing and send your message.
Notification of edited response to customer: When you edit your most recent response, the customer will now see an in-line notification to let them know that you've revised your response. Click here to see what customers see >>
Secure Remote Assistance Direct Sell Test: Starting on Monday 6/26, we will start a test where customers can directly request a standalone Secure Remote Assistance session. Experts in the Computer categories will be notified of requests via email.
Find the Purple
It’s neither Barney nor Prince but it is automatic earning when you respond to questions with purple payout values. During Peak Time, you get a bonus for every responded question with purple payout value, regardless of a positive rating.
The current round of Peak Time incentives will continue across various categories until June 30th. You will get an email notification if Peak Time is active for your category. Click here to head to the Request Center >>
Experts Needed for Press Interviews
To continue to amplify awareness about the range of expertise available through JustAnswer and drive more customers to you, we are looking for Experts who are interested in being interviewed by members of the media about issues within your areas of expertise. Participation will help build your profile and help us reach a larger audience.
Participation is easy! Simply reply to this email saying you’re interested! If there are opportunities that are a match to your expertise, you will hear from us. In the meantime, please consider giving your profile a lookover as it will help us land opportunities for you!

JustAmazing Experience

Please join us in congratulating this week's JustAmazing Experience recipient: Nolan (Nolan766)! In a recent question, Nolan helped a customer with a refrigerator issue. Nolan was super patient with the customer and asked questions to help him better understand the issue. He then appropriately used the "I'm ready to be rated" checkbox as he started to give information towards a solution. After 30+ volleys between the customer and Nolan, the customer had this to say about his experience:

"Nolan is awesome! He patiently walked me through troubleshooting my refrigerator issue. In the end...he was able to diagnose the problem from a photo of the Control Board that I sent to him! A++++++"
