TV is a tough category for Tech Experts because some issues may require an in-person inspection or the TV has to be replaced. For this customer, it turns out all his old TV needed was some wire connection adjustments. Nathan used all of the information provided by the customer and knew exactly what to do. The customer ended the conversation with "Nathan rocks!!"
