Attachments on Expert Mobile: There was an issue on Expert Mobile that prevented Experts from adding attachments. We've fixed that issue and you should now be able to add attachments when responding on Expert Mobile.
New Member Alert: You will now be able to see when a customer becomes a new Member during their conversation with you. Guess what? It could've been BECAUSE of you and the great service you're providing that the customer became a Member. Click here to see what it looks like >>
New Auto Phone Call Options Test: Starting on Monday 6/19, we will start a test where customers will be given an Auto Phone Call offer with two options: 15-minute or 30-minute phone call. Click here to learn more >>

Experts Needed for Press Interviews
To continue to amplify awareness about the range of expertise available through JustAnswer and drive more customers to you, we are looking for Experts who are interested in being interviewed by members of the media about issues within your areas of expertise. Participation will help build your profile and help us reach a larger audience.

JustAmazing Experience

Please join us in congratulating this week's JustAmazing Experience recipient: Nathan (p0llinate)! In a recent question, Nathan helped a customer with a TV picture display issue. TV is a tough category for Tech Experts because some issues may require an in-person inspection or the TV has to be replaced. For this customer, it turns out all his old TV needed was some wire connection adjustments. Nathan used all of the information provided by the customer and knew exactly what to do. The customer ended the conversation with "Nathan rocks!!"

Gina, our Tech Category Moderator added, "He was patient with the customer, as he always is and stuck with them, leaving a very happy customer. They're right, Nathan DOES ROCK!!!"
