We want to inform you of one of the latest improvements we’ve made to JustAnswer. Now, many of the questions that customers have posted to Experts have come through a chat that customers can see on any JustAnswer page.
From now on, when a customer visits a question/answer page, the Expert will automatically jump out in the chat on the right at the bottom of the page. You can see this in the image below:
This chat is called “Virtual Assistant” and is automatic. The aim is to maintain a conversation with the customer that means you have all the information needed when you get to the Request Centre.
To be automatic the conversation with the customer is always the same - so, do not be surprised if upon opening the question you see a previous conversation between the customer and the Virtual Assistant.
This is the conversation that Virtual Assistant Pearl Wilson has with customers:

- Thank you. Can you provide any more details to help us find you the right Expert?
