What is the Expert mobile web?
The Expert mobile web is a browser-based app that can be accessed from any web-enabled smartphones. Unlike native apps, you do not need to download the Expert mobile web app. The Expert mobile web allows you to respond to questions, offer phone calls, fulfill Auto Phone Call requests, and initiate calls through using our integrated phone call feature.
How do I access the Expert mobile web?
Simply open a browser from your smartphone and go to the Request Centre at http://professional.justanswer.com/expertmobile/?pro-lang=en-gb. You will be asked to log into your Expert account. The mobile web is a browser-based app, therefore, it is only accessible from a mobile browser. It is NOT a native app you can find in any of the app stores.

What can I do on the Expert mobile web?

Can I offer or fulfill phone calls on the Expert mobile web?
Yes! You can offer phone calls to customers, fulfill Auto Phone Call requests, and initiate calls with customers. Click here to learn how.
How do I know when my answer has been accepted?
When your customer is satisfied with your responses, you will see an in-app message that the customer has accepted your answer.
How do I release the lock on a question?
When you tap on a question, you are automatically given a 5-minute lock to review and reply. If you decide that you do not want to respond to a question during that 5-minute lock, you can tap on the Back button and the lock will be released.
Similar to desktop, locking one question will release any lock that you have on another question.
What types of files can I attach using the Expert Mobile?
Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, zip, rar, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, swf, flv, fla, and wmv.
